I started using this product to help increase my milk supply and I’ve noticed a difference! The tablets are to be taken on an empty stomach, so I like that you don’t have to worry about eating with them. They smell just like caramel too!

I have always found this fenugreek to be superior to the others. The liquid always works better when i'm breastfeeding and compared to other brands I can always see more milk produced with this supplement compared to other brands.

My breast that always produces 1.5 ounces during pumping, gave name 3.5 ounces the second day of taking these supplements. While nursing I had major leakage as well. Absolutely shocked at how much this works.AND instead of that regular body odor, I now smell like maple syrup. I consider that a win :)

My baby was jaundice and sleepy. He had difficulty latching when my milk came in and my breasts became engorged. I was worried my supply may be low after the first week of challenging feedings but the Fenugreek helped to support my production and maintained my supply.

Does the job, and good value

When my son was born he was in the NICU for almose two weeks and had a feeding tube. Our breastfeeding journey had a rocky start, but I really feel like this product has helped increase my supply and helped us acheive our breastfeeding goals. I liked that the pills were liquid capsules, they are more pricey than others on the market- but much more potent. You take less pills per day, so really the cost winds up being equal. I really can tell a difference in the amount I am able to express from each breast on days when i do not use the supplement. highly recommend

I struggled for 2 months to get my supply up from the day of my babies birth. My lactation consultants recommended this and it worked for me (now pumping more consistently as well - supply doesn’t drop dramatically to nothing at the end of the day anymore). Have your doc check your hormones and thyroid before taking as this will tank your supply if those are off.

I bought this first, when i notice my supply going down aftr starting back up at work and my little was eating more at daycare. i also used this in conjunction with the lactation support same brand liquid caps. I works but these go fast when your taking 3 caps 3X a day and for the price/quantity, thats not very long. maybe its because of the brand so the charge more, but i just got 120 caps for less its not liqid but does the same thing. but the Fenegreek works PERIOD!!!!
