Parrotlets (The Birdkeeper's Guides) Paperback – April 2, 2012

I am soon to be the parent of a baby parrotlet. Having had many birds in the past but never a parrotlet, I decided I had better educate myself on the subject of this adorable little bird, and this book caught my attention. I am referring to it constantly. What a thorough, well-written book. A pleasure to read and look at. It's full of all of the information you could possibly need or want. It has lovely pictures as well. Honestly, it is such a great t value for the price.

This book is very well written, detailed, and easy to follow. But I don't know if I'm used to a bigger book because this gets to the point, but it seemed a little small? I guess it was so good that I wanted more. Great buy!

I personally don't own a parrotlet yet, having read it, I can't wait to get one. It reads easily, and was extremely informative about this species.

Gave me all the basics, as a new bird mom. Lots of information, excellent book.

I love this book. I just recently purchased a little Parrotlet. I knew nothing about this breed of bird and this book has helped me know how to properly house, care for and feed my new little pet so he will live a long happy life. It is a great book and I would recommend it to everyone wanting to know about these special little birds.
