A BEAUTIFUL bracelet and a copper tutorial :)
GORGEOUS! It is beautiful, more beautiful than the photo. I can't be happier with it. I have it on, and it will stay on until I decide to wear something else for a while, but I expect to have this on for some time.It is of copper, and YES, copper tarnishes. There is no avoiding this. Copper always tarnishes, just fyi for those who do not know this. If you have an issue with tarnishing, do not buy copper, or read this....This copper bracelet is pure copper, uncoated, for those who believe there is health benefits to having copper next to your skin. It will tarnish on the inside first where the copper touches your wrist, and when you notice traces of tarnish coming off onto your skin, just give it (the inside) a polish. This is easy, and it will be good again for a while, leaving no mark on your skin until it needs another polish. As for the outside, a very light tarnish may come away with a jeweler's polishing cloth, thus avoiding the polish. But if you like the look of patina, then don't worry and polish if you want to, keeping in mind that on this bracelet polish may lighten the black of the inset lettering. You could also polish sparingly just on the spots where it is needed. Some copper bracelets, including others I have purchased on Amazon, come with tarnish - proof coating. This makes the bracelet look new and shiny longer, but not forever, particularly on the inside (again) where the copper contacts your wrist. If you want your coated bracelet to keep its shine inside and out, buy a bottle of protective coating for metal (you can find it on Amazon). When the inside begins to show signs of tarnish, re-coat it. If it needs polishing, do that first. I coat the outside again at the same time just to make sure it continues to look like new. Don't polish the outside unless you need to - as above, use a jeweler's cloth.I use copper polish like that my mother used on the bottoms of her Revere Ware. You can still find it in the grocery store. I also read that you can use toothpaste. I presume that is the white kind perhaps with a little abrasive in it. It may not work as well, but well enough for the inside of the bracelet (just my guess).I do love this bracelet and know I will enjoy having it for a long, long time!

Bracelet received not quite as pictured in online image
The bracelet I received was not as pictured, as the finish had a rosier (reddish pinkish) brighter hue than pictured, and the engraved design was not a dark color, but a slightly rosier hue than the rest of the bracelet. Maybe, over time, this changes -- but I have no indication it would evolve into that shown in the online image.Medium weight. Slightly-flexible bracelet can be "safely" adjusted for wrist size (I have a very small wrist). The quality was good for the low price ($14-ish), and I have no questions about the authenticity.I'm a longtime fan of BALI and tribal artistry, including jewelry. I love copper, but maybe not red copper. This one just didn't have that particular "authentic tribal look" i am fond of.

Tibetan bracelet
I like the way it feels on my wrist. It takes a little adjusting. However, I’m disappointed in that I can’t see the design details too clearly. The image posted online appears to have a more pronounced design. But I’m more than happy to support the people who make them.

Beautiful
As many others have noted, this is a beautiful copper bracelet, clearly made with care and mindfulness. Uncoated, so I expect it to tarnish but that’s what I wanted. I’m hoping for some wrist pain relief in the process. I’m using this as a connect point with my grounding rod too. Very very nice.

As promised!
I bought one with a good amount of skepticism. I was beginning to feel the onset of arthritis in my fingers and elbows, especially when waking up in the morning. I had little discernible results in the first month but I liked the look so I bought a second for my left wrist. I’d estimate that within another few weeks both hands and elbows were feeling better. Placebo? Maybe. Regardless, I recommend these bands, and I’m not one to be writing product reviews. They’re well made and look great!
