cost about same as one tire change
Have 3 old Army M35A2 trucks. so 30 Wheels. Have used slide hammers, sledge hammer. A jack under the bumper onto the tire to break the seal. This tool beats all hands down. Plus now I am 65 just not swinging a sledge like I could in 1984 when I went to basic training. This tool works very securely and with use of correct socket and a decent breaker bar a 6 year old can break the bead on one of those old duce tires. totally worth the cost.

Great bead breaker
Had to replace a tire pressure sensor. This thing worked awesome. I just needed to break the bead by the valve stem to get my hand in there and it worked perfect. Highly recommend.

Makes busting tire beads a breeze.
Bought this so I could change my own TPMS sensors because the tire shop wanted a small fortune to do it. It was super easy to use and worked like a charm. You can use an adjustable wrench, end wrench, or impact gun to operate it. A wrench is fine for a couple tires, but the impact gun is the way to go if you have a bunch to do. I wish that the "hook" that positions it against the rim had some sort of not marking coating as it could easily scratch aluminum rims, but this was easily remedied by putting a thick piece of cloth between the rim and the arm of the bead buster. This is far easier, faster, less damaging to the tire and rim, and safer for you than the many silly ways people are doing DIY bead busting on YouTube.

worked great for me!
Used it to break beads on 16.9 x30's and 11.2 x24's that had been mounted since probably the mid 90's. Used a large crescent wrench so I could feel if I was too much pressure on the bolt. Worked great and saved tons of time and work the old way. Would highly recommend.

worked great for me
this bead breaker worked great for me, both tightening nuts took a large 11/4 wrench...have two trailer tires that were rusted bad, many years setting outside...popped them off with almost no afford...I had tried everything including a midsize tractor backhoe using the standards to try and break the bead ,did not work ,but this thing did...use hand pressure only on this device no impact wrenches and you should be successful..I am happy with the investment

Life is to short for this thing
First time using this on the very first attempt and the cheap pin that hold the nut onto the sleeve that turns sheared off. I foolishly thought that if I welded the nut on it would be a nice handy tool to have. So back at it after fixing it and I finally said enough. I had worked my way about half way around a 15" rim and gave up after an hour. I ended up used my old method of using my trailer tongue jack to break the bead in about 2 minutes. I wish I had not welded the POS back together and just returned it. I guess I'm stuck with the useless thing now.

Does the job.
We use this to pop tires off the rim so we can recycle both.
