When I first opened the bottle, I was a little taken aback - a runny brown liquid came out! This is because Gnarly Joe only uses natural ingredients so there’s no thickener or gelifier in the liquid, and the brown colour comes from burnt cocoa pod ash.I quickly got over that and was immediately impressed by how little I needed to wash so much of me, it soaped up well and provided excellent coverage. It cleans really well too. Unlike most gels I’ve used in the past it also moistened my skin.I’m really impressed with it and will be continuing to use it regularly. I now use a few Gnarly Joe products after starting with their Beard Conditioner, and have found every single one to be excellent.Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

I picked up a benign, but unpleasant looking, skin rash called tinea versicolor from my sweaty workouts at the gym. Clotrimazole fungal cream was recommended but i wanted something a natural remedy so I opted for Gnarly Joe Body and Foot Wash for Men. Smells very refreshing and cleared up the tinea versicolor rash. Great that it doesn't contain detergents, SLS, parabens of synthetic ingredients. Lightyears better than the pink gloop that comes out the dispensers at the gym! There were faeces discovered in the soap dispensers at my gym so I have a complex about using the soap there, but that's not for here, I probably got the rash from the soap dispensers at the gym. Anyhow I am very happy with Gnarly Joe.

Bit of a tricky one this. I didn't hate the product but I didn't love it. I quite like the smell and the natural products. I'm prone to fungal infections and rashes, so have been looking for some natural shower gel with anti fungal properties. I think it worked bit hard to tell.The 3 drawbacks for me are 1) the pump is a bit crap and doesn't spring back up, so you have to manually pushing the pump down and then back up again, which is tricky one handed in the shower. The 2nd issue for me, is it's very thin and liquidy so it ends up dribbling out of your hand. 3) It doesn't lather very well, so you have to use quite a lot for full coverage. For a reasonably expensive product I wasn't that impressed.I've just brought some man cave shower gel, which smells nicer, is thicker and lathers nicely, it's also cheaper.

Had purchased this as I had just began BJJ and had an outbreak of spots.Used head and shoulders to begin with which didn't really help.Then on the search for something better I found Gnarly Joe products.My spots cleared within days and it has always left my skin feeling clean and moisturised.Only thing I would say a bad point is, that the spout to the bottle can become clogged up with dry soap.This happened to me late at night once and when pressing the dispenser down, it built up that much pressure, the soap came shooting out, deflected off my hand and spray all over my white bathroom wall.Coincidentally near the toilet looking like I'd violently defecated all over the wall.Great product, will definitely purchase again and highly recommend!!

Amazing product guys. Price, quality, longevity is it if this world. I tried all others is body wash and this guy has nailed it. It is masculine, natural ingredients, raw, and cleans skin leaving you feel light and the pores feel oxidated.I know when I use a product and this product is way too good to tell other people just incase the price goes up.I first saw this product and I thought "that's it, that's all I'm getting!" But bouy was I wrong! A small amount it takes to wash your body and it lasts forever. Don't need grilled by the size.Gnarly Joe I hope you read this but if you ever change the ingredients or tamper with any of the quality ingredients then I will never come back because it would be betrayal. I can't wait until I try your other products! Very happy.

This product used to be great. However, I think they have changed the recipe or this is not a genuine Gnarly Joe product.The description says "it is naturally thin in texture and dark brown in colour" which was the case for the first 4-5 bottles I ordered. At the time I couldn't be happier with how it felt and smelled. The last 2-3 bottles have contained a thicker creamy white / brown / yellow liquid. Not only has the viscosity and colour changed but my skin has been drying out drastically since. I'm not sure what has changed but this product has gone from being both cleansing and soothing to completely damaging my skin. I use such a small amount now, to avoid severely drying out my skin, and even then it still causes a problem. I've since changed my subscription to a new product and won't be buying more of this.Rather disconcertingly, the bottle for this product looks much different on the Gnarly Joe website. I wish amazon would verify their sellers to protect their customers and put their minds at ease. Let alone prevent brand damage for small sellers.It still smells nice, although a lot more soapy than before, and is cleansing so... 2 stars I guess.

Not great product. No significant difference to skin or hair. Smells like old school soap and stings.Very poor consistency of the product. It flows out of your hand before you can apply it as is that watery.Expensive for an average product.

Used to buy Brickell, but its price was crazy, so I switched to this great product. so far so good. Smell is manly and the foam is enough. Highly recommended.
