I thought the tea was expensive for the quantity, but was confident it would help my mucus cough. It tasted lovely, however had palpitations and anxiety for quite a few hours.

My husband has used Sudafed most of his adult life to help with his respiratory issues, but his neurologist recommended that he no longer use over the counter medications, as they 1) Interfere with the prescriptions he takes for dementia; and 2) keep him from sleeping. It was his doctor who told me about Mormon tea, and suggested we try it. It is very effective. He drinks a cup each morning, and generally can breathe easily throughout the day. Sometimes he will have another cup at night. It does not keep him awake. He prefers it hot to cold.

I steeped it to make tea,drank it. also had a doctor's appointment in the following 2days and my doctor said I had cocaine in my system which was impossible and I could get a job I was going to get! I tell Amazon.com and thinking they would test it or pull it. Unless my luck I bought a bad batch!!?? and do u know all they offered me was 20 lousy bucks. So it doesn't matter to them that it made me look bad in front of my doctor but lost a great job. And knowing Amazon.com makes BILLIONS OF DOLLARS!!!
