Me gustaron, leí los comentarios y se me hace injustificado que digan que la liga no funciona porque no les ajustaba o algo, más si con los agujeros que tiene se puede posicionar la liga en cualquier lugar para ajustarlo a quien lo usa, así que si no les queda bien la liga pues cámbienla de los agujeros y apriétenla, no sean flojos...

This isn't so much a review as it is an explanation of the product. I see a lot of people asking which size to buy based on their hand size. The sizes are for different levels of training NOT so they conform to your hand. Example: I am a woman with medium sized hand, BUT I'm starting out with the small size because I haven't been training for awhile. When I get stronger, I will switch to the medium size, and then the large size. Think of these paddles as gradually lifting a heavier weight while weight training. You should NOT be choosing a size based off your hand size. It should be based off your level of STRENGTH.

Son un excelente par de palas para nadar, con buenos materiales, rígidas y con la parte donde se colocan mas manos con un tacto rugoso para mejorar el agarre, definitivamente un excelente producto por el precio, OJO, LAS QUE ME LLEGARON A MI NO SON DEL COLOR DE LA FOTO, SON ROJAS PERO PARA MI NO PRESENTA NI UN PROBLEMA YA QUE COMBINA CON MIS ALETAS JAJA

Si lo que quieres es entrenar duro, estás herramientas son para ti. En serio. Te cansas muy rápido al tener que hace el triple de esfuerzo. Si tienes problemas de rodilla, columna o simplemente sobrepeso nadar es una buena decisión. Ahora solo faltan unas aletas y unos buenos audífonos MP3 a prueba de agua para música audiolibros, podcasts y música y con eso tendrás más que suficiente.También puedes hacer bicicleta estática, boxeo no competitivo y el entrenamiento de Saitama sensei.

These add a little something extra to swim practice. Comfortable to wear and easy to get used to. They add to your catch so that you are really pulling a great deal of water back each time. You can feel your lats growing! Love them. Very nice price considering what they add to regular practice. I also bought the nemisis fins and they are great too. Wearing the paddles and the fins together really gets you up and down the pool fast!
