A much better and more solid unit than the one that came with the barbecue originally.

Fit perfectly my Kamado Joe, extends the grill very well even when using one side.Only thing is the way the legs are attached to the grill, you need to screw it yourself, no instructions. Could have been designed better. Hopefully I will not have to tighten it regularly

Good idea for getting the most out of your coals, (especially if you’re using catering quality, using an egg style bbq and smoking) and a lot cheaper than egg style branded grills.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but after trying to smoke a full pork belly on this, all was well, till I tried to spritz below side of the bellyWhen I did, legs collapsed, and when I tried to sort it out, the centre of the Weber grill fell through, due to the poorly designed back hooks, all 4 legs collapsed and with a large piece of meat on this grill it was near impossible to recover from this shambles....!!The grill eventually got tossed down my garden and the pork belly placed on the Weber grill, I will look for the grill tomorrow when I don’t feel nearly as annoyed as I do nowSorry to the maker of this for the review, but this is only fit to have an additional layer of burgers or sausages, not large pieces of meat, your rear hook design is terrible if it fails, which having no locking nuts it stands a fair chance of leg collapse, also the front T legs collapsed due to no locking nuts or device, but 4 lockable T legs would be far more practical than what you have designed, back to the drawing board I would recommendRegardsA pi**ed off Russell

It's too big

Bought this as it was described as fitting a 47cm Weber Kettle. The circumference fits but the lid doesn't fit, leaving a gap around the bottom, so the kettle can't be used properly.As mentioned, it isn't sturdy. You can't put too much on it and the gap between the original grill and this is tight, making it awkward to use that space as well.If the legs are removed it can be used instead of the original grill giving access to coals. This is useful for smoking and why it get two stars.It is good for something, just not its intended purpose.
