Works well for most applications, just make sure the male threads you are using are long enough.
My unit was relatively accurate, I'd say within +/- 2 psi. However, it does not work well with any Astro Pneumatic spray guns because the inlet isn't long enough on the regulator as well as the male threads on the Astro guns are too short. I was getting leaks at the inlet and couldn't figure out why until I hooked up a Paasche HG-08 to this particular regulator and there were no more leaks.

Did what I needed.
As advertised and worked on my Husky compressor without any problems. I had to modify my cover as the old regulator was a “lefty” and I ordered a “righty “ but that was my fault. Suggest you check that before buying.

Work great, and easy to use
These are small regulators which are easy to install when a reduced pressure is required. I have a couple of them on air blower lines, set so that I don't blow chips all over my shop. After several months, I have not had any issues with them at all.

Perfect OEM replacement
Exact replacement for my repair but noticed the gage needle is not dampen since it jumps around while the compressor is running (the other main gage still attached does not jump around). The accuracy appears correct and the unit works as expected.

Good Product
I needed to add a pressure regulator for a 3 gallon pancake compressor. The internal regulator broke so this one was easy to install in the supply line. I rarely use this compressor so it is good enough for that application. Not heavy duty, but it works.
