Superior Waterproof Ink from Pilot – A Must-Have for Reliable Writing
Having used fountain pen ink from both Parker and Pilot, I can confidently say that Pilot’s ink is leagues ahead when it comes to waterproofing. My first fountain pen ink was from Parker, and while it’s a solid choice with its rich, dark color, it simply can’t compare to the waterproof ability of Pilot's ink. What impressed me most about the Pilot ink is how well it stands up to water. Once dry, the ink is completely waterproof—even under heavy water exposure. I’ve accidentally spilled water on my work, and the writing remained untouched, no smudging or running at all. This is especially useful for important documents or creative projects where you need to ensure that your writing stays permanent. That said, I do have to mention that the Parker ink is noticeably darker in tone compared to Pilot. If you’re looking for depth of color, Parker has the edge. However, the trade-off in waterproofing is worth it for me, as the Pilot ink still provides consistent, vibrant color with the added peace of mind that my work won’t be ruined by spills or moisture. In conclusion, while Parker offers a rich, dark ink, Pilot’s superior waterproof performance makes it the clear winner in my book. If you need an ink that’s reliable, long-lasting, and waterproof, Pilot is the way to go.

A well behaved permanent ink
As far as I know this is the only permanent ink which is available at a reasonable cost due to absence of Noodler's bulletproof ink , but then again I may be wrong. ink has a light shade of blue ,there is also a black color that is available (I would have appreciated a larger range of color options). I use it with my pilot metropolitan and it flows smoothly and does not cause any skipping or bleeding compared to some other cheaper ink like quink that my metropolitan rejected straight away (caused a lot of skipping issues).Pros :Well balanced ink (not too wet or dry)Water resistant ( A big plus)Cons :Only available in 30 ml sizeOnly available in two colors

Premium ink
Good quality premium ink. Slightly overpriced. Worked really well with pilot fountain pens.bleeds a bit on low gsm papers. The colour is really dark but you only get 30 ml for 350 rupees. If you wan't a relatively good yet cheaper ink the parker quink will be a better choice for 100 rupees

Too good a very good waterproof ink
The color of the ink is a bit lighter compared to Sheaffer and pelikan but is still very vibrant and good and is better than Sheaffer and pelikan .A recommended product from pilot. This ink is made in Japan and hence requires good quality paper to get the best of it(eg: classmate paper is a good quality paper). And the most important part is that it is a waterproof ink .I personally kept the paper under a running stream of water the ink does not smudge at all but a part of ink goes of like about 3to5% goes off so we cannot say it exactly bulletproof but it is 95to 97% waterproof ink, it is one of the only available waterproof inks in India.

This ink is really good. Pros
This ink is really good.Pros:Don't know if it is waterproof but it dries quickly, does not smudge easily, and seems to be at least water resistant. The bottle does not say that it is waterproof (at least not in English, there is some Japanese text as well) but it isn't the type of ink that will instantly dissolve and fade away without a trace if a drop of water falls on it.It is an original product, made in JapanThe quality of the black is good, it looks nice on paperThe ink flows freelyCons:Comes in a tiny bottle and is overpriced - best for hobbyists rather than students or people who write a lotThe packaging is plain and minimalist, which is not a bad thing but it might need additional packaging for gifting

Good ink, but...
Pilot inks and fountain pens are great. This was my replacement bottle as the one order earlier was received broken due to improper packaging. Unfortunately even after submitting the feedback, the replacement bottle was received without proper packaging, but luckily the bottle survived the transit this time around. Taking two stars down due to bad packaging and delivery. Product is great.

best water resistant ink at this price level, a complete value for money
-the ink is water resistant and would survive most spills and even a mild flow, also won't smudge a lot when wiped off with a tissue paper or a cloth after a spill (as long as your paper remains intact).- dries almost instantly.-doesn't stain the back of the paper.-the smoothness and the flow are far better than any other in this price range.I know there might be many far far better inks in the market, but what you are paying here for this one is just nothing to what you are being provided with in terms of quality.amazon was kind enough to deliver the package within a day of ordering, they just need to improve a bit on their packaging rest is awesome, they(amazon) have a great future.

Go for it....
The media could not be loaded. Pilot the name speaks for itself !!!!I was little skeptical before buying it because it's more expensive than parker quink. But it's worth every single penny. Don't settle for any cheaper ink as this ink provides good value for money. The product has been beautifully crafted and looks rich. The quality of ink pretty good. I have used it with parker Beta gold with fine nib and the result is little lighter than when I used it with parker metallix. Moreover, the ink produces slight different results on different papers. U need to try it yourself. It's water resistant and the results are not that great but quite satisfactory when compared with parker quink. Overall I love the ink and I believe it's a good value for money. I loved the ink and bottle too. I'm happy wit the overall performance and in future also I'll buy more of it. I hope this review helps.
