All my adult life, my feet was always hard. I always said I could probably walk on red hot coals and not feel it. I could step on a yard full of stickers and feel it. The bottle is ridiculous, it leaks all over. It arrived a complete mess. And as usual, I have to waste my time processing a return and taking it to a return location if I want my money back. Not only should I be reimbursed my money, I should be reimbursed for my time! So tired of everything I order coming broken.

Works well with a high level of Urea; however, I can't remember to put it on. Maybe, I will remember after I write this review. One must put it one and sit still for a while. I don't want it on my sheets so I have it next to my chair in the living room but don't sit still long enough to let it sink in. Using a razor in the shower on my feet works extremely well. You can buy them at any drug store. I never have cut myself and use it every week. My heels are like baby heels and I'm in my sixties and often go barefoot around the house
