Leaking valve
The media could not be loaded. Finish was good, looks sturdy and not much difficult to install. However, it lacked in its basic functioning. It's not able to fully close the valve. Water drops are coming quite fast. Had to requet for replace the mixer tap. Will edit again after receiving the replacement. Considering the rating i expect that would not face any issue with the replacement.

Very good, but.....
I have bought quite a few Alton products recently and never was disappointed. In fact one of the taps had a flange missing. I contacted them and they promptly sent me a flange. So, I would say very good Support staff. This product is also very good but very SMALL. I was expecting it to be big so that the aerator does not fit. I guess pictures are misleading. Also, first few days there was a leak which stopped automatically after a few days. Overall a good product. I am impressed with ALTON.
