Great Sharpener for Artists but not worth the money for Students!
This product arrived at my house yesterday and I was really surprised by the built quality. It is fully made of metal but I am worried if it would rust. When you sharpen the pencil, the lead never breaks so you can get the most sharpened pencil. I would say this value is not 150rs but it is a Quality product. If you are an artist go for it but if you are a student and need it for office supplies go for cheaper options:)

It's Worth your money...
Believe it or not, but I've been using this sharpener for an year now, from prismacolor to polycromos, generals pencils (charcoal and graphite), staedtler/faber-castell. I have use almost all kind of pencils and it's blade is still sharp.worth the price and most important no lead breakage.TIP 1 - lead breakage also depends on the quality of the pencil wood. So, i recommend you to use some quality pencils like faber-castell /staedtler /kohinoor /Generals/Tombow.TIP 2 - if you have problems with lead breakage, don't use cheap sharpeners like apsara /doms or any other local sharpener. Buy a sharpener like this one or just try any other famous brand sharpener (not Indian).Try it!You'll never dissatisfied. Also if you have some problem about the country origin. yes! indeed it's a made in China product, for that I recommend try KUMKUM Sharpener which is actually made in Germany. Or you can try any other japanese sharpener which are on bit pricey side. I myself want Indian companies to make quality product in stationary market of India. I don't really buy any Chinese products honestly 😅 but there were no other options either, but yes next time I will buy KUMKUM sharpener instead of these for sure. I mainly buy Japanese/Germany/USA products (only Stationary products).

Excellent product
Excellent even if a little expensive and minimum quantity for purchase is 2 no.s. But for someone who likes their pencil to be sharp every time, without ever breaking the lead and the wood removed in one single go you can't find abetter product.

Blade quality isn't good as expected from Staedtler
Its an orginal Staedtler product and its body is completely made out of metal. Its a double hole sharpener, one side has a sharpening angle of 23°, and the other side has a sharpening angle of 30°. The best thing about this sharpener is the built quality of the metal body, which looks and feels durable in hands. I decided to sharpen Derwent Pencil Eraser on first use, and after sharpening it on the smaller side, the blade became blunt and the Pencil Eraser couldn't be sharpened well in the smaller side. So I sharpened cretacolour blending stumps, Staedtler 8B, 7B, 4B, 2B graphite pencils, and Derwent Pencil Eraser on the bigger side of the sharpener, and all of it were sharpened well on the bigger side as shown in the image. Then I tried to sharpen Staedtler HB, 6B graphite pencil on the smaller side and the results weren't satisfactory. Due to the blunt blade of the smaller side, the wood on the HB and 6B pencil couldn't be sharpened well as the wood were breaking, only the lead could be sharpened well in the smaller side. If the blade on one side of the sharpener could become blunt in just one usage, then I can say with any doubt that the blade aren't durable as its supposed to be and the blades won't remain sharp for long. The product was manufactured in China as seen in the back of the sharpener instead of Germany. So the poor quality of blades in this sharpener could probably be because it was manufactured in China. For Rs.145 its not a good deal and I would prefer to continue sharpening my pencils using cutting knife instead of sharpeners like this. Won't recommend this to anybody due the quality issues i experienced in the blades of this sharpener.
