Bad experience with Seller, gave faulty product
Bad experience with this Seller. The delivery date was 3 days after order. But Seller delivered the inverter 1 day after the promised delivery date, that too a faulty inverter, which was not powering. The pack inside was previously opened and covering was badly fitted together inside the inverter box. Completely disappointed because I ordered an Urban Company electrician and had to pay money irrespectively. There was no option to return on Amazon site, but only could exchange. Even amazon agent could not help me on phone. Only option Amazon agent gave me was to refuse the order while exchange. Finally after 4 days, the exchange was arranged, which I duly refused and they took back the faulty inverted. The refund of money was initiated after 14 days. So it was 3 weeks of nightmare. Completely disappointing.
