I have purchased these directly from the manufacturer in the past. These supplements appear to be legit. Sometimes I worry about buying supplements through Amazon, but these have been consistently good.

I have been taking Sam-E for years for my joints. I recently switched to this brand from another popular name brand and have not noticed any degradation in how it works and my pocketbook is happier! These are sealed in foil, which is how they should be packaged. No complaints, these are working as expected. They also seem to give an uplift in my mood as well (or is that the lower cost?).EDIT: I am still using this product months later and it is still working as expected.

Never without SAMe. Not only is it good for your mood but it's also good for your joints. I take it at the same time every night. Keep the box right by my bedside.

I bought this for the past year and it's amazing. My mood, joint issues, and bruxism drastically improved immediately. Sadly, the price just shot up 25% since January from $39 to $49. You all know there are other brands, right? As long as the price is so high I will be purchasing from another manufacturer.

This product works for me. I have used Sam-E for years while cycling it with Dr. Maxwells dopamine supplement.Same-E could boost your mood but returns will diminish by the end of the allotment.

I swear by Sam-e for my joint pains, and some Sam-e is better than others. I always try to find the Sam-e that is individually sealed in the foil bubbles as those tend to not be oxidized at all and thus most likely have the greatest efficacy. I have found that brands that do not have individually foil sealed pills can have spoiled pills (which no longer look like a sunshine yellow color, but more of a browning yellow color). Some brands are more reliable than others and some brands are more expensive than others. Life Extension definitely is a reliable brand and these Sam-e pills are at a price point that I would say is a good value for the quality one is getting. Highly recommend.

Repeat customer. I take these per my doctor. This particular brand has a blister pack to keep tabs fresh and not exposed, which is a plus with this brand, not all others are like that. I’ve read that is very important for the efficacy of THIS particular supplement. They work for me so I will keep buying this brand. Life Extension is a brand I trust and I have several other of their vitamin varieties. Happy customer!
