It is a perfect fit. It seems to be high quality and I expect it to last as long as the original.

The original piece I had was missing part of the eye cup seal and this piece snapped right on like the original. Two little pieces you pinch to remove and then put downward pressure to install. Feels OEM, no wiggle or play.

I realized my part of my camera was missing the other day and ordered these. Fits my Sony a 7iii perfectly.

Still breaks apart or becomes dislodged like the OEM version. Don't really use it anymore after purchasing the larger protruding one. Except the larger one no longer has the retention clips anymore, making it worse. Fundamentally, Sony has the flawed viewfinder design.

This does not fit Sony A74. I mistakenly ordered this for my camera without reading the description as it came up in Amazon search (my fault not the product's). But just keeping this here if you can avoid this mistake.With that said, the quality of this is excellent, looks and feels like an OEM product and even though I was forcing it on my camera with force to fit, it did not break.
