Best faucet ever!
OMG this faucet is awesome. This is one of my favorite kitchen features. It’s really spotless. No water marks whatsoever. For some reason the hot water feels much hotter than with my old faucet. It’s so comfortable and beautiful. It was easy to install. The touchless feature is so convenient and works perfectly. I can’t recommend this faucet enough.

Looks Good/Works Well
Ordered Monday (38% off); arrived Wednesday; installed by a local handyman today. Replaced an 11 year old Hansgrohe and this one weighs about half of what it replaced. (The Hansgrohe was part of a kitchen remodel and cost about 4 times what this Moen did.) However, it is the function which counts.- Got black to replace brushed stainless. Looks good but it quite a change.- Installation went well and was easy for the handyman (younger and more agile than I so he was able to get under the the sink much easier than I could). Only issue & not huge is that the special tool (essentially a very long deep well socket) for tightening the nut under the sink - holds the faucet to the counter - could have been longer to facilitate the installation with a deep farmhouse sink. (Hint #1: Go to the hardware store and buy a bolt and nut to fit the non-business end of the tool, then use a socket, extension, and breaker bar (or ratchet) on that bolt/nut combination to tighten. Using the screwdriver in the holes per the instructions is not the greatest. Hint #2 (from the handyman) save that special tool for the next person. I attached mine to one of the 2x4s which support the sink with a wood screw.)- The reflex system discussed for retracting the hose is nothing more than the weight attached to the hose under the sink much like any other sprayer installation. However, the hose does have a smooth fabric outer layer so the hose does run in & out smoothly. (Make sure to screw on the plastic end cover for the threaded shaft to keep the hose from fraying.)- The sprayer head is not magnetic as some are, nor does it have any sort of notch to locate it in a particular position when docked.- The hose does seem a bit short but is adequate to spray down all corners of the big farmhouse sink.Bottom line, looks good works well (so far, only hours after install).

Looks great & works great too
LOVE IT! The faucet is very good. Strong high pressure on both the spray and one stream settings. The toggle button to switch between those two options seems much more durable than my last faucet and if you push and hold the top button down it stops the stream immediately and completely. No dripping or tiny stream still running. I like the on/off, hot/cold control lever. Seems very sturdy. I guess only time will tell. The soap dispenser is a nice addition although I never use it. Old faucet had one too. So much easier to just use a bottle sitting on the edge of the sink. Also I prefer the foaming soaps and I don’t believe they’d work in these dispensers. Just liquid soaps. I like the brushed look and love the hose nozzle option. My primary requirement in my kitchen sink. The downside to this design is that the hose doesn’t always cooperate when putting it back into the “neck” fixed position. So sometimes if you pull it out several inches, when you push it back into place, the head doesn’t want to stay put. I’ve messed around with it and gotten it to stay but I’d love it if there was a snap/lock into feature that when pushed back into the neck if the faucet, it just clicked and held into place. This is not an issue with just this exact faucet but with all of the “hose” designs like this. At least that’s been my experience with the last 3 I’ve had. Otherwise I think it works great and I love the “brushed” finish. Matches my stainless steel sinks, oven and dishwasher well.

Excellent value and easy install
I purchased this stainless Moen Essie standard to replace my 6 year old leaky Kohler Capilano and am very happy with it. It has a simple clean design and installation took less than an hour with no leaks (unlike my prior install which took forever because of a rusty 20yo fixture). At 15.4" high it is a shorter than my previous Kohler. The pulldown plastic sprayhead feels lighter, but works well. The oddly curved handle takes getting used to but is sturdier than it looks. On balance, I think the Moen is better quality and a great value, but I wished I had gone for a more upscale model.

Pretty faucet that works!
The media could not be loaded. This faucet looks so nice in my sink area. I love that it’s a sensor turn on / off so no finger prints or water spots on it! The soap dispenser is nice too. Both work very well. There is good water pressure and the soap easily dispenses out. The head of the faucet releases easily and can switch from flow to spray with the click of a button. Then retracts.

Great automatic faucet. Moen support is great.
Here are the positive points: Installation is relatively straight forward (for crawling around under a sink). The quick connects for the plumbing are quite easy to use and sealed up tightly. Once it was working, the faucet is great - one wave by the sensor turns the faucet on/off. It shuts off after about 2 minutes so you can't leave it on forever (that is a little inconvenient when washing up dishes after a large meal). You notice that the installation is 180 degrees off of the recommended installation, with the sensor on the right and the handle on the left. My spouse was very insistent that we find a faucet that worked with her right/left preferences. We just installed it turned around. I'm not sure you could do that with a backsplash that was close to the faucet, as now the handle goes down away from the sink. The only downside: It didn't work when we finished installation. The unit is electronically controlled (even with the handle), and we couldn't get any water to come out. The instructions were not very helpful, so after 20 minutes, we completely unplugged all the control and power cables, removed the batteries, waited 10 minutes or so, then re-installed them and it worked. Why it didn't work the first two times we did this, I have no idea.As a side note, all of the faucets in our home are Moen and their service and warranty support are great. Any leaks, or failures are addressed quickly and easily via email. Replacement parts arrive in about a week. But, you have to do the installation/repair.
