Good choice for the $$
I bought this for my son as a Christmas gift. I was surprised how heavy it was in the box but when i think about what it was i shouldn't have been. It is very sturdy. My son said it was easy to put together. He didn't have any problems or issues. He said it holds lots of feed, which means less trips to the feeder. He liked the color, says it makes it blends into its environment. It wasn't cheap but this is good value for the money. You get hat you pay for and this was a homerun. I would recommend.

Great feeder… looks sturdy!

Good price but missing some hardware
Good price and shipped and received promptly. There was hardware missing which was irksome. There were no bolts to attach the feed cone inside the bin, and no bolt to secure the lid. Mistakenly thinking it required 6 mm bolts when actually they were 1/4 inch bolts, it took me 3 trips to the hardware store to get it right.

Extremely poorly built
I normally wouldn’t write a review but I feel like it’s necessary for this product. I have several different feeders from 1500 lbs feeders down to 55gal feeders. I prefer the larger feeders but I needed 2 smaller feeders so I decided I would try the Boss Buck, this was not a good choice. I don’t like to talk bad about someone’s product but this just isn’t a very well built product I was extremely disappointed. If you are needing a smaller feeder I like the 30 or 55 gal feeders a lot better than the Boss Buck. The Boss Buck is not stable it can be turned over extremely easy this is a a real problem where pigs are if they rub on the legs like they normally do it’s going over. I personally will never purchase another 1 they are just to poorly constructed and to unstable.

Decent but could be better.
Works well for corn but so well with protein pellets. That said the legs are only 6ft so you'll be feeding a LOT of coons. They can easily reach up, grab the tube and pull themselves up. Boss Buck sells 8ft legs however they charge as much for shipping as they charge for the legs.
