A great piece of kit. I have had a stroke and I have a really difficult time evacuating my bowels. Now I find that it is easy using this shower attachment. I use a little bit of Vaseline such that the nozzle slides in easily and ensure that the water is at the correct temperature not to burn me internally. It works a treat and I can evacuate my bowels with ease now using this system. Of course, there is a bit of cleaning up required afterwards but I am prepared for this and it doesn't take me very long to do. The nozzle simply replaces your shower head temporarily just screwing into position and is easily removed afterwards to replace the shower head. If you need a regular enema then I can recommend this product. Five stars.

Got this item for one thing but use it now for washing the dogs, show head too much water and hard to control, but with this much easier . Thank you

Works great.. have used for years, only one complaint. Rather than being made out of stainless steel, it’s chrome plated steel; during routine cleaning, some of the chrome started to flake off. After years of use wear is to be expected, but annoying as I had to replace rather than keep on using for many more years to come.

My backside never feels clean, even though it gets cleaned well in the shower. So someone mentioned getting a douche. Wow, what a game changer.It came.with a few different attachment heads, but I'm not a sadist so I stuck with the cylindrical head.. I have a shower in the bath so that made things easier. I used plenty of lube. Made sure the shower was set at the correct temperature. It was a weird sensation filling upwards instead drinking something and filling your body from top to bottom. I left it in for about 10 seconds the a couple of minutes later all this dirty water poured out of me. It was like emptying an old radiator. I thought. I swapped to the shower head and had a shower. 3 more times more dirty water came out. My backside has never felt this clean.I would definitely recommend this.

Very smooth and easy to insert and clean. Not to big either if that's ok concern to you. Not sure about the necessity of the different heads - they don't function differently and feel the same in use!
