Definitely NOT STEVIA. The majority of allulose is derived from corn. This bag also shows it came from China.

I haven’t try to use for make ice cream , but I buy this the other reason was it can use for cooking and also make any kind of dessert, so I think it’s no problem for make ice cream too, only thing is this sweetener is less sweet then normal sugar, u have too adjust the amount
