Q: Does anyone mix this with something else or just water?

I just mixed it with water. Does not have a heavy taste, so I guess you could mix with Gatorade or something with a defined taste.

Q: What are in the Natural Flavors? And why aren't you listing them?

The flavor profile is a proprietary blend so we try to keep them off. The main ones are Lemon and Key-Lime fruit extracts. Nothing is artificial in our products and they are of course Non-GMO and Gluten Free. The Electrolyte Mix is also Vegan.
