Stainless steel has a great appearance. Powerful fan that moves a lot of air (large CFM) which is nice when cooking certain items. The additional lighting is quite useful and I really like the timer and use it almost every time.After a few years, I did have some issues with the controls. I contacted the company via email and was quickly connected with Ben. He worked with me to understand the situation and quickly determined a solution. He shipped some replacement parts that arrived in a couple of days. I installed them as per his instructions and I’m back up and working.Thanks for taking care of this matter with such professionalism.

This product is well. Built heavy duty. Very strong fan for exhaust. Very pleased. I was going to get the cheaper one that was 400 cfms. This one's 800 works much better. LED lights are great. The circulating vents are easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. Update to my review. The vent was difficult to install. The loud noise was actually the cord that didn't stay wrapped and fell into the vent. Overall, it's a very nice vent that has great suction power.

Fantastic customer service once you track them down. Very responsive. Fan so far is great, installation is easy. Be careful if you have tall ceilings there is no extension

This is a great product. We did not do the installation but my brother said it was not a big problem. The fan works great. It has several speeds. The noise is about usual as any other fan. It has a remote control but I seldom use it. The led lights are very bright and can be dimmed which is a great feature. It is very sleek and clean looking. I get compliments on it all the time!

I was really excited to receive our hoodvent today. My husband was concerned when he saw the condition of the packaging. I will say from the beating that the box took I was happy that there was only a dent on the face of the vent and the paint was rubbed off of the one corner. However, with that being said, this is an expensive purchase, and I would expect for it to come in mint condition. Thank you for your time.

Very powerful fan, functions well. Had to drill mounting holes in the unit. Loud on high but acceptable considering the suction capability on high.

The only issue I have is with the remote control. I have to be directly in front of the hood and hold the remote a certain way in order for it to work. If I’m anywhere else it won’t work
