Dont even bother with the la petite. It is too flat. I had to return it as it is only about 1-2" thick.

I like to lie on my back sometimes. I lean my head over the main part of the pillow and let the main part cradle my neck.

The le grande pillow can be ordered with covers in cotton, poly, satin, etc. I have several different types of covers. When the pillow seems "hot" I turn it over to the cool side.
