So I started taking these on Tuesday and already I’ve seen a difference. I used to have a fuzzy/fog feeling in my head and my moods would swing from happy to angry in a blink of an eye. I’ve been feeling anxious for the last few months and although I wouldn’t say I was depressed, I definitely didn’t feel myself and just general didn’t feel happy. That feeling I had in my head has now gone and I’ve felt a lot happier since I’ve started taking these. Now I’m not sure if this is a conincidence, in my head or the tablets themselves but whatever it is I’ve started to feel happier. I don’t feel as as anxious as I did but I realise it hasn’t been a week so far so I’m not expecting miracles so quick. My fiancé has said that I’m smiling a lot more and look a lot happier which is great. I have a bit more of a urge to go out and be around people and I’m sure that will continue the more I take them. I’m gonna give it a month to see how I am then I will do an update review but so far so good.

I ordered these for the first time in November to help with my anxiety , and have recently just ran out in the last couple of weeks. I didn’t repurchase just yet, but have now put two and two together that since stopping taking these, my anxiety has kicked in again. At the time I didn’t notice a HUGE difference, but I felt good whilst on them! Happier, mentally healthier and positive and less anxious. However I was also taking a Wellwoman vitamin supplement and trying to eat better, but I honestly feel like these contributed to the anxiety aspect as it has flared up like mad in the last few weeks since not being on them, so am going to purchase my next lot right now :-)**edited to add: once again I ran out and didn’t immediately repurchase for a couple of days and it was very noticeable.
