I am always trying to eat better without giving up everything I love. The Ninja CREAMi High-Protein Power Cookbook has been here to help me snack in a more healthier way. I use my Ninja CREAMi all the time, and this book gave me a bunch of new ideas that are easy, healthy, and actually taste amazing.The recipes are high in protein and cover everything from ice creams, milkshakes, sorbets, smoothie bowls, and more. I’ve already tried a few recipes. I really enjoyed the Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream and the Mango Gelato, both were seriously good. I like that I can customize the recipes to my tastebuds and that I can switch things up depending on the ingredients I have in the fridge.The book gives you a walk through on how to use the Ninja CREAMi, which is super helpful if you’re new to it. There are tips and visuals to help make it easy to follow.I’m always dieting so I like that it fits whatever I’m doing this week. I recently purchased the Ninja CREAMi High-Protein Power Cookbook, and after reading through it, I’m more motivated than ever to buy the Ninja CREAMi machine. I truly believe that investing in both the cookbook and the machine will be a game-changer. I’m working on transitioning to a healthier lifestyle, and this cookbook has shown me that I don’t have to give up the sweet treats I love to do it.Even without the appliance, I’ve tried a few recipes using just my blender and freezer for my sister and some friends—and I was genuinely impressed. The combinations are not only creative and nutritious, but they also turned out surprisingly well. Everyone enjoyed them, and it made me even more excited to see what the full experience with the Ninja CREAMi could offer. From well loved flavors like Cookies and cream ice-cream to creative blends like the Avocado, Banana and Spinach Smoothie Bowl, the flavors are rich and satisfying, unlike the chalky protein deserts that I am used to.
