Great idli maker
I bought almost a year back, have been using it since. It makes perfectly soft idlis that too 20 in one go.It has holes on the bottom hence the idlis doesn't stick while removing. So no need to oil the surface. 15 to 20 mins are enough to cook them.The top black screw loosens after a while though.

Bad Design, Worse Quality
I bought this idli maker as a gift for my mother-in-law. So imagine my disappointment when it broke on the first use! The plastic handles started slowly melting as soon as I turned on the stove, and are now completely deformed (see pictures). Not only that, but while the seal between the pot and the lid is quite tight, the lid's lip goes far too deep inside the pot, making it far too difficult to pull out. The force required to do so is so great that it sprayed me with hot water and steam every single time I opened it.To sum it up, the design is thoughtless, the materials are useless, and I highly recommend that you do not buy this idli maker. Find another product.
