I bought these drops originally for my son. His doctor recommended them, since he was getting sick a lot. There are no fillers, which is great. I also like the dosage because it's low enough that I can give it to my 1 year old son. I've actually used them myself when I've started getting sick, and they definitely help. The bottle lasts a really long time. Finally about to buy a second one.

I could never take zinc capsules because they made me sick. After having COVID, I felt I needed a boost in my immune system. I was leary of trying this, but glad I did. I built up to the 7 drops, and put it in my morning glass of water, zero taste or smell, and zero stomach upset.

We use liquid zinc in our regular diet and especially when we might be coming down with a cold or the flu. This is by far a superior product and with only 7 drops required makes it so much easier to take then other brands that require as much as 30 drops. It's been 2 years and we beat every bug (fingers crossed that I didn't just jinx myself).

I use this along with vit c morning and night. So far so good!

Helps with wight. Makes me feel healthier.

I use this in my post-excersise drink. Great for times where I need to up my zinc intake in measured amounts.

Easy to use but could improve on flavor or no flavor.
