Farmland Pork Brains, 1 Pound - 12 per case.

Product was just as I expected/wanted.

I grew up with brains and eggs but due to lack of availability, I haven’t had any in over a year. I tried this based on rcustomer eviews and was not disappointed. The brains arrived packaged in separate 1 lb containers. Most of the containers were cracked so I immediately wrapped them in foil and put them in the freezer. I allowed one container to defrost and enjoyed fresh brains all week. They tasted wonderful!

Based on the description and reviews I expected twelve 1 pound containers of brains individually packaged… but I received a block of frozen brains. I didn’t have a big enough fridge or sink to defrost it so I just left it out to defrost; it took 24-36 hours to be soft enough to divide and store away. I left some out and had some steamed brains today. I am very happy to find this product. Thank you seller… and Amazon.

So yummy!It took about a month for an order. My fridge is only enough for one order so I order new case whenever an order arrives so I don't have to wait for too long (^ ^)

This merchant sells a quality product and they take care to pack with care. Will definitely order again.

I didn't want to order 12 pounds of brains, but I have already eaten two pounds and loved every bite. They came quick and frozen in one pound tubs so they are in the freezer, it takes about three days to unthaw in the refrigerator and you can get four good size sandwiches out of a pound. To me it has been worth ever cent.

Arrived well frozen. Product is good. Containers are thin, and several had cracked or broken lids from the freezing process.

Don't know the quality of the animal, but the brains seem fine. Only issue has been having to fish out skull fragments, since every bin has a few.
