All I got was my body temp rising. This one is very weak compared to black thai for a little more money. It may have some benefits for others but for me, it was just like I took nothing. Black Thai likely uses more dosage of the good stuff and sucks because no return policy. So just useless packs of honey that make your temperature rise but nothing else smh

This is by far the best stuff I’ve tried yet! I’ve tried many other honey products with little to no results like royal honey etc. 15-20 mins after you eat one of these it’s go time. Not only is it like you’re 18 again but somehow it makes you last so much longer it’s incredibly amazing stuff no joke! Highly recommend it! And I don’t even drink so that’s just an added benefit if needed.
