Oh my goodness this stuff WORKS!!! But I will add my exact experience! I've used probiotics never really had it work so quickly or as well. I wanted enteric coating on capsules. To make it through my stomach acids. That is main reason I picked these. I wanted to take a prebiotic and looked up natural ones. I picked sauerkraut in a glass jar. I took 1/4 cup (up to 1/2 cup) have for awhile and added these pills (1 a day ) taken within 10-15 minutes of sauerkraut. My body completely emptied itself!!!! If you know what I mean....all pretty firm and not a mess. I'm speaking bluntly. Just to help someone out there.

I've tried many different probiotics from economical ones to rather very expensive brands. However, the dollar amount did not work in proportion to effectiveness. Most important factor is how many different strains and amount of live culture that will actually reach intestine without being killed. I bought this since it had the vegetable capsules with enteric coating, in hopes that most of 20 billion live cells will actually arrive alive. After taking this for a week, I was able to tell the difference, although it wasn't the most obvious improvement. My constipation was relieved a little and it helped with bloating. I'm gonna have to take it longer to see before I can say that, "THIS IS IT!," but for now it seems to be doing SOMETHING. I would definitely recommend this product.

Turned loose stool to constipation. I was better off before. That is a problem for me. The various pro and /or prebiotics either they don't do anything or I'm bound up. They may be great for you.

I have had bowel issues for years and was finally convinced to find probiotics that actually works.
