Excellent figure of an uncommon dino
After reading reviews calling this overpriced, I felt compelled to give my review. Compsagnathus were small raptor like dinos. They appeared in Lost World. The figure is excellent, with a particularly good paint job. The jaw is the only articulating piece. I bought this for our family as we are obsessed with dinos. We have over 100 various dinosaurs from Schleich, Papo, Safari Unlimited, and many others. This is lighter than some of the Schleich, but has some flex making it less likely to break if actually played with, which ours are. Now about the price. If you feel $20 or less is a lot for a dinosaur figure/toy, then you might want to find something else to collect, or go get the 1800s versions they have at Dollar Tree where T-Rex is standing with its tail on the ground. Also, it is a Compy, not a triceratops or T-Rex, rarity does raise the price in many instances. Try looking for a sinoceratops or other less famous dino....I would definitely buy this figure again.

Very detailed
I got this little fella as a gag gift for a friend. She's really into 'Ark: Survival Evolved,' and she often complains about the compy's. In the spirit of Christmas, I got her this dino wearing a miniature Christmas hat (that I sewed up myself) and a miniature candy cane that happens to fit in-between his tiny hands. Charlie the Christmas Compy now sits on a mantle in front of her TV. I need another one.

Finally
I collect papo dinosaurs and was waiting for this little guy, It took me awhile to order him because my husband thinks I have way to many, but I finally won that small battle. He looks great sitting with all the other dinosaurs. Small but cute, would buy from this seller again.

Bigger & Smaller Than You Think
It's a far cry from the REALLY cheap molded plastic dinos I grew up with. The paint job and overall form/body are excellent. The movable jaw is very cool, too and those details are likely the reason for the price tag. The dimensions are accurate, but remember, this is a Compy, so it IS lean and small despite being long. I knew what to expect and was still surprised at how small it was. But it is beautiful and quite perfect for what I wanted it for. The packaging was on the abyssmal side. Sealed in a plastic bag with a molded plastic shell that is SUPPOSED to sit under it and keep it upright....but nothing holding that on, so it was elsewhere in the bag. It's got a bit of a bend to its face because it was shipped with some other items on a hot day, but will work that out.

Excellent purchase
My son absolutely loves this dinosaur. It's extremely well put together and an excellent toy for a kid who loves dinos.

fantastic
I held off on this one for a while and I wish I hadn't. It's one of their more striking figures despite it's smallish size. Great detail, jaw moves. Just love everything about it really.
