I was one of the ones that also experienced severe allergic reactions. I thought it was due to another vitamin and went down to one supplement a day so I could tell which was the cause and it's definitely these. Each time I've taken them, within an hour and a half, my face flushes, down to my neck, my hands and even my arm and it burns and is itchy. It is quickly fixed by an allergy pill but I cannot continue to take this. I wonder what is the cause of the allergy or if it's a bad batch? I've used another brand which I can't find and loved the effects I received so need to try to find one that works.
