Hello,This was my first time purchasing from this supplier, although I’ve used this product before in the shade Light Brown.However, I was very disappointed with this order. The color looked extremely reddish, which is very unusual, and it also came with a strange gel inside. As you can see in the photo, there is a clear separation between the components.After applying it, my hair turned out much lighter and with a strong reddish tone — nothing like the Light Brown I’m used to.I’m very unhappy with the result.I would like to request a full refund for this purchase, as the product did not meet expectations and appears to be defective.I appreciate your attention and look forward to a resolution.

Bought this to cover some gray. My hair is dark brown with silver gray streaks. I bought black and was hoping for good derp coverage. There was only enough in the "big bottle" for one application. The new color washed almost completely out with only my 2nd shampoo. Too expensive not to last for awhile. I will not purchase again!

It caused damaged to my mom’s hands, does not dye well, the liquid comes out a little and when it does, it comes out in stuck lumps.

I’m not sure if I got a bad batch because this is my 3rd time ordering. The first 2 times no issues but this is order was a complete disaster. More than half of the bottle was completely clear even though I continued to shake it up. I’m incredibly disappointed as I had to throw it away.
