I've been taking this NMN for a week now and have to say there has been a noticeable difference in my energy levels. Full disclosure, I suspected I was low on B6 so am also taking zinc and P5P, but I do think the NMN is helping too. My hair and skin look great and I'm much more motivated than I have been.The tablets are big, which is my only complaint. I'm not great at swallowing tablets, and these are just on the large side of comfortable. But nevertheless, I get through them every morning. I don't think they are a magic bullet by any means, but they're certainly helping me and worth the investment.
