Good stuff
Excellent stuff. It took 8 tins to cover a double garage flat roof, I did not skimp when it was used. Worth every penny.

Roof fix came next day. I expected it to be damaged and it wasn’t haven’t used it yet waiting until nice weather hence four stars.

This works
This has been a godsend. We had a leaking flat garage roof. A roofer quoted £700. An item came up on a late night shopping channel and I looked up the product on Amazon. I bit the bullet and placed my order, can't remember the exact price, £170 maybe. It took a couple of hours to install. The garage has been dry ever since. I recommend this product.

Great purchase.
I used the product to seal the flat roof that protruded over my kitchen. I had seen this product demonstrated on TV. It was very easy to apply and has completely stopped the small leaks that were starting to appear. There has been heavy rain since applying Roofseal but no water penetration at all. I highly recommend this product.
