NOW FOODS VITEX 300MG 05%, 90 CT

I literally took just one capsule and the next day I started spotting and had my period. I have PCOS. I hadn't had any period or bleeding in a couple months. I have taken this vitex supplement before along with other supplements to help regulate my hormones and it worked in the past but I never really knew if it was the vitex or one of the other supplements. I'm thinking the Vitex is what did it.

This stopped my horrible periods of 12+ years. I take 2 a day every day but during my period I bumped up to 4 a day. It took a full month to notice a difference but I can't live without these!

This product has been working well thus far the only problem I have is that it makes my nipple sore and I had a few complications at the start, but this is the 2nd week my nipples arent that sore anymore, my mood swings have decreased and I feel more emotionally and sexually connected to my partner, shipping wasn't to bad either arrived on timeHope this helps 😊

This product didn't work out for me at all. I recommend reading all the negative reviews on Vitex products on Amazon to get an idea what it might do to you.I started getting anxieties and it messed up my digestive system. I only took one pill a day for two days.It took about two weeks to get back to normal.I have been taking Vitex in liquid form and it was very helpful as far as lowering PMS symptoms. I will start to take the drops again.

Simply put, this stuff works for me. For a long time I have not been noticing my ovulation mucus and after my first bottle I started to notice that every month I would for sure ovulate because of the mucus secretion.

it just did what it should do , but i had to take saw palmetto with it as it causes me acne, and it's normal , as rising progesterone makes the testosterone rises also

Lifesaver! When I ran out, I was miserable. I had no idea how much benefit I was receiving from these herbs. But without them, I was wide awake for most of the night with hot flashes. Totally miserable and when you can't sleep your brain doesn't clear toxins, and you can't function well. When you can't think clearly you forget things - like taking supplements! Not worth the gel cap it's put in. No results as promised. Would not purchase this item again.
