This is a great ashwagandha + rhodiola combination support. It's just 2 ingredients, and each capsule provides 300mg KSM-66 ashwagandha extract and 150mg rhodiola extract standardized to 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides. They recommend taking 2 capsules per day with a meal. However, in publihsed research KSM-66 is usually taken in divided dosages (300mg 2x per day), so it would be a bit better if this product truly aligned with the scienctific studies on it. I also like taking ashwagandha at night to improve sleep quality, but the addition of stimulating rhodiola makes me hesistate to take this past the afternoon.There are only 30 servings per bottle if you want the full daily 600mg KSM-66 dosage. Considering how many other KSM-66 products there are on the market, it's not the best value by far, but it's high quality and it's nice to have a combination adaptogen supplement with the addition of rhodiola.I personally have not noticed any benefits from KSM-66 before, whereas I have felt effects from rhodiola. That said, the science is promising enough for ashwagandha extract that I take it based on the published research alone.Overall - it's a great ashwagandha + rhodiola combo, but not the best value and I personally prefer ashwagandha that can be taken at night (or even formulated with sleep supplements like melatonin or theanine). Perhaps Blueprint will offer this in a future product.

Been trying to get on that Bryan Johnson Blueprint train, and this is one of the supplements he recommends. It's ashwagandha and rhodiola, supposed to help with stress and stuff.Price is decent, and it's easy to take. I'll keep it in the rotation for now

Bryan Johnson is an intriguing character. I suppose his singular obsession with life extension and optimization makes him a natural candidate to start a supplement line. I appreciate the purported effects of ashwaganda and rhodiola, both of which I was previously taking separately. I can't say that I've felt a difference, exactly, but I very much appreciate Blueprint's commitment to quality. They have a downloadable certificate of analysis from a 3rd party tester for every supplement in their line.

Now that I’m in my early 50s and dealing with peri-menopause, I’ve been on the hunt for supplements that actually help with the symptoms. I take a few different ones, so it’s not always easy to tell what’s doing what, but I know this one is working.For the last few years, if I didn’t write something down, it basically didn’t exist. But since taking this, my memory has noticeably improved. I still write things down (habit at this point), but I don’t feel as forgetful. My focus is better too—I used to struggle to sit through a webinar or finish a book, but in the last two months, I’ve read four books and knocked out three Coursera certifications. Who even am I? 😂On top of that, I feel calmer and less reactive. I can actually process things before responding instead of feeling instantly stressed. It’s been a great addition to my supplement routine, and I’m definitely keeping it in the mix!
