Make Room For These Shrooms...They're Keepers
Absolutely love these mushrooms. I cut them in half right before dropping them into some very slightly warm water to rehydrate them. I usually let them soak for 30 minutes to an hour. Sometimes I need to give them a good squeeze to get out any extra water from the soaking. After that, they cook up and absorb flavors perfectly. The finished consistancy is just what I wanted.

Not bad
After a 2 week wait (USPS was a mess), tried it in my decaf coffee. Like the earthy, nutty flavor, just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Don’t waste your money. You will regret buying them.
Followed directions to re-constitute and they were so hard you couldn’t chew them. Tried boiling them and soaking them for two hours. Now it’s like trying to chew a rubber ball and taste. I planned on trashing them but have decided to put them out for critters to eat. Hope the critters have good teeth.

My FAVORITE Dried Mushrooms
The media could not be loaded. I reorder these over and over again! If you’re not sure which brand to buy, stop here. You’ve found the BEST! I use these in my soups, sauces and recipes! The taste is delicious and fresh! They have a long shelf life too. Highly recommend!

Okay for soups
These are a bit tough with the steams even after soaking. But okay for soups. Not so much for stir fry.
