Update 3/2/2025:I am lowering the rating, not able to trust this 3.5 year old version of the map and going back to using my phone. The version in the card is from 2021 Q2. I know there are such cards from other sellers with a version from 2023 Q2. So, the one I got is several versions old. The product description is misleading when it says it is updated with the latest map and no version number is mentioned. I was expecting at least a version from 2023. The speed limit on couple of interstates that I frequently drive on was increased 2-3 years ago. Since this is an old map, it shows the lower speed limit. This could be an issue on streets or highways where the speed limit was recently reduced. The car camera identifies the speed limit and displays it for a few seconds but reverts back to the limit on the card.Initial review:Four days ago, I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus. It did not come with the navigation SD card which I believe is standard with the top of the line turbo signature trim. The OEM SD card costs $400+ and I did not want to spend that much since I could use the maps through Apple Carplay.Decided to give this SD card from Forcord a try as it costs only $25. The product title did mention 2025 but the description said 2024 only. The card I received says 2024. Also, there is no mention of the part number in the description, which I believe is KMV6-66-EZ1A or KMV6-66-EZ1. I inserted the card in my car SD card slot and started the accessories power. The map came up just fine when the navigation menu was selected. The nav is working just fine. When I entered my house number, it listed my address at the top, same when I entered couple other location addresses that I frequently visit.The maps / POIs could be a year old. When I searched for restaurants near my house, it did show a couple that are no longer open and it did not show a couple of them that opened early 2024. This is not a big deal as I will be using my phone anyways and it takes longer to search through the car nav interface.There is no way to update the maps on this card. In a year or two, I will buy an updated card to replace this one which may cost me almost the same amount. Way cheaper than buying the OEM card which of course comes with regular updates. I am happy that this card worked, price is lower than other such cards available here on Amazon.
