Got these insoles to assist with some ankle & knee pain from extensive walking, and standing on my job. First thing I noticed was how the insoles corrected the positioning of my foot in my shoe. Almost immediately taking the pain away in my ankle. The fit was great. No need to trim or bend to fit shoe (in a men's 13). The arch support took some time to get used to. Felt large but it was easy to adjust to. Great product. Will be purchasing again for my other shoes.

I bought a pair of shoes and they still did not offer my high arches enough support. So I got these because they looked durable. They are solid enough to support my arch but the cushion still has a soft gel. They fit in my shoe perfectly so I did not need to resize them (I got a size large and wear a size 11 in Women's) They work great, I used to wake up every morning limping because my foot was in pain and that has nearly entirely been resolved even while being pregnant now. At first they do hurt a bit but trust the process after a few wears you'll feel that relief. I wear them everyday now in my running shoes and was able to get 20k+ steps in a day or about 8-10+ miles daily! I didn't think that you could really get that amount of pain relief without some sort of medical intervention but they perform much better than intended and I will definitely get more of this brand when it's time to replace them. Thay also aren't to expensive for the benefit you will receive so I definitely seen them worth it.

Well they tried. Not the best I've ever had but not the worst. I'm branching out trying to find a brand that will hold up better than my dr Scholls. So far I'm not finding anything that's comfortable for long periods of standing. My feet no longer severely hurt after a shift but they are still uncomfortable. The arch support is amazing I will give them that. I've got high arches and these do give me support. All in all I give it a 4 ( being generous) I want to say 3. Im hoping after a few weeks of wearing them I'll love them

Great insole! Easy to cut to size, provides much needed stability, and makes my sneakers comfortable to wear.

I have suffered most of my life with flat feet. I had both of them surgically repaired and now have a small arch. Something I should have done years ago. I now can walk a distance without pain. I am over weight and wanted some support. The insoles gave me that support and cushion that I wanted and feel good. I will buy another pair when needed.

I bought these insoles for my husband who has flat feet and has been in alot of pain. These insoles have taken the pain away and he walks more straight and with better posture. Great product!! I am going to get my son some for his converse next.
