I take a lot of supplements for various reasons. I am 52 years old and have been taking and researching supplements since I was in my teens. What I'm getting at is, that after a lifetime of extensive supplement use and experimentation, I have to say that virtually no single supplement of any kind has helped me more than this one. While I had been taking very high quality curcumin supplements for some time, nothing had the positive impact that this does. I have had fairly debilitating inflammation in my knees, ankles and feet for years and it was getting worse. Also suffered from serious yet somewhat random bouts of gout for 20 years. Major knee surgery in 1980 left me with virtually no cartilage in my right knee and was growing more and more debilitating by the year. Prior to discovering Curcu-Gel, with its BCM-95 Curcumin, the amount of time I could spend on my feet doing any sort of activity was becoming more and more limited. I have now been using this product for about a month and I've almost all but forgotten about joint pain. Indeed, the only thing that actually gives me knee pain now is trying to sit cross legged--and it's only been one month. This honestly seems to have eliminated virtually all inflammation from my body and the pain that goes with it. Since I started taking this, I twice noticed signs of a gout flare-up coming on--once in my ankle and once in my toe. I just took an extra capsule of Curcu-Gel and the problem went away--one extra dose! This is a miracle in my opinion. No side effects either. This works better than even the heaviest NSAID doses--which, at this rate, I may never use again. The BCM-95 formulation is truly a blessing from heaven. If I could take only one supplement, this would probably be it.

I have been suffering from high inflammation that I never discovered until I went to see my doctor last year around August 2013. He took blood tests and it showed that I had low iron, low vitamin D, and my hormones were out of whack. Also, he tested my inflammation levels and they were pretty high as well. My gamma globulin and protein levels in my blood were also very high. That was a big concern for him because it can lead to cancer and other problems down the road so he had me come in every 3-6 months for blood tests to check my inflammation/gamma globulin levels. I honestly feel that taking this particular brand of curcumin has helped with my inflammation levels dropping. My husband over the years had to massage my legs before going to bed because they were always sore and swollen. But now he asked if I need a massage and I tell him no that I'm fine. We used to take the other brand Terry Naturally which is also really good, but it is also more expensive for the same thing you get with this product. You gotta take it for at least a few weeks. I took it religiously, one pill first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. By the time I started taking it to the time I saw my doctor for my blood tests, 5 months had passed. I ordered this after a nurse instructor said that this is the one they use in many of the Turmeric studies that have such great results. That is why I choose this Turmeric even though it is more pricey than some. I want consistent high dosage.This nurse is a very dynamic 65 year old who doesn't want knee replacements because they "don't ski well" She takes this 3X day and is able to do a daily walk with stairs without knee pain despite needing knee replacements.I was interested in a good anti inflammatory and didn't want to take tons of them. I don't have joint pain but I am overweight and eat too much sugar which I know causes inflammation and damage throughout the body.Imagine my surprise when I got an unexpected benefit.
