It's not NERF
I think the opinions on this toy really depends on which age group you talk to. As an adult, I am disappointed in it. It feels cheap and it doesn't perform as well as one would hope. Like the suction cups are a joke and it lacks consistency when firing. If you asked a child, they would be in love with this. You don't usually see foam dart guns made like this one. I see this as something that will still be played with even after the darts are long gone. That alone makes it worth the price. Especially when comparing prices with actual NERF guns.

Pretty cool rifle
This is a pretty cool rifle! The design is super realistic, and it really feels like a mini sniper rifle. My son absolutely loves it! He spends hours pretending to be on a mission, taking aim through the scope, and shooting foam darts. It's sturdy, lightweight, and the foam darts actually shoot pretty far, so he's always having a blast (no pun intended).
