In this game, players piece together a traditional jigsaw puzzle, while also uncovering a mystery tied to a medical theme. Each puzzle is designed with a narrative element, where solving the puzzle reveals clues that help players solve a medical case or mystery. Easy to read the introduction of the game and people were quick to learn how to play it.

This was a lot of fun. The scenarios aren’t too complicated, but were interesting for me and my 13 year old son. It’s a perfect balance between challenging enough but doesn’t require too much brain space 🤪 It’s nice of find something even my teen enjoys!

Got this to try for a change as we like mystery solving games and this has a different theme - medical. The one other thing that caught my eye is thag this totally does not need any electronic device or internet to play at all - great for off-screen time

Literally so much fun! I probably wouldn’t enjoy this if I didn’t play with my sisters who are in the medical field (one’s a nurse and one’s an EMT) they really enjoyed explaining the medical terms. The terms are explained on the cards tho so medical experience wouldn’t be required but it adds a whole new level of fun as the real medical people try to guess where it’s going before the game starts. The levels are set up that you can play each one separately so we haven’t finished it yet. We loved the natural stopping places and it was nice that the papers are contained in envelopes so we know we didn’t lose anything for the future patients.

With over 700 games in my repertoire, I know modern board games. This is an easy to learn piece of fun and table interaction. If the rules were easier, it would ALMOST be a party game -- though the subject is dire. Just freakin' brilliant. Love this medical mystery game.

I own a lot of board games but this one is very unique because you are asked to diagnose a patient and figure out the root cause of their illness as well as meet certain goals in terms of treatment/testing within a certain timeframe. The cases are somewhat difficult if you are not a healthcare professional but very interesting and educational to say the least. Age range is 12+.

Only has 3 cases and then you can’t play it again. Also, kind of hard to understand the rules of the game.

This game was an absolute blast! The mystery was so well-crafted, keeping us engaged from start to finish. The clues were challenging but not impossible, making it the perfect mix of fun and brain-teasing. It really felt immersive, like we were solving a real medical case in NYC! Whether you're playing solo or with a group, it’s such a great way to spend an evening. If you love mystery games, this one is a must-try!
