Actually not too bad
For the price it’s decent quality. I was in a rush for a contract we picked up. It was for a friend, we only use blue force gear, but he lost his and this was delivered the next day. We will definitely keep this as a spare for future use.

Great design fits nicely on belt… A bit smaller than I expected doesn't fit as many things.

The LIVANS IFAK pouch is a solid pick for anyone needing a compact, easily accessible first aid kit while outdoors. This micro trauma pouch comes in ranger green, blending well with other tactical gear. It's equipped with a tourniquet hammock and just enough room for essential first aid supplies without being bulky. The MOLLE compatibility is a great feature, making it easy to attach to a belt or vest. However, the zippers could be smoother, and the internal organization needs a bit of improvement for quicker access during emergencies.

Great first aid pouch.
This turned out to be a solid quick deploy first aid kit for my daybag or handebar bag. It has just enough storage for what is needed for trailside patch ups and being compatible with molle system is definitely plus. The elastic main pouch feels durable and the quick deploy inner goes in and out securely and easily. Great design and function for edc.
