in the description it says it has a pillow case. It doesn't.
One of the reasons I bought this particular was because it was supposed to have a pillow case. I already have a similar pillow and it doesn't have a pillowcase either and I can't find a pillow case to fit it. So, it gets dirty and I have no way to cover it. Consequently, I have a dirty, unusable expensive pillow and now a new one that doesn't have a pillow case that will end up in the same shape as the other one. Why can't I find a pillow case for these types of pillows?

Side sleeper pillow
I used to wake up with pain in the back of head and my neck like I had slept on it wrong, but I haven’t had that problem since using my pillow.

Worked great for a friend but not me.
I bought this pillow to help with my neck issues. I have degeneration of the bones in my neck and have to have support in a certain spot. I first thought it would work, but it ended up being too firm for me.
