Great item. Works well in a washing machine that does not have its own softener dispenser. Have been using for three months with no issues.

Sometimes it doesn't open to let the fabric softer out. But other than that it's good

This is just like the one I used to have, but it got lost somewhere. I have an old top loading Kenmore that will probably outlive me and this little gem is what I needed to get my softener dispensed during was cycles.Definitely recommend!

Identical to the softener ball my wife liked. We tried 2 of the off-brands, none worked out and she tossed them out.

I was so excited when I saw that these were available. The dispenser in my washing machine doesn’t rinse clean and leaves quite the build up. I remember using these when I was growing up and thought I would give it a try. The first time using it, I get the softener in the ball, went to pull the plug and it breaks. Such a disappointment. The plastic at the end, inside the ball, was too thin and just snapped off. Never even got to try it out. Attempted but even after getting the stopper closed, the ball didn’t release the fabric softener. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline to return it too. Don’t think I will be trying this again. Things are just not made like they used to be.

It worked to dispense the fabric softener but it’s way too noisy. Dryer sheets works just as well.
