i started taking these nightly to improve sleep, however they didn’t seem to do anything. i’ve taken them for a month now and my sleep schedule just seems to be getting worse. the gummies have a bad aftertaste and the container that they’re in ends up smelling bad because of them. it isn’t worth the money, didn’t change my energy level, the only right thing was the size.
