Only 4 stars for the moment as I'm not sure if they work yet.The taste is extremely pleasant and I can see how the need to keep them away from children is paramount, as I have a job to stick to 2 a day, they are really scrummy.I saw another review where the poster stated he didn't like the sugar, etc ingredients necessary for the flavour but when I checked the other brand, there was no sugar or glucose etc, admittedly, however, there were 4 different types of artificial sweetener, so I gave them a very wide birth. I find the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners very unpleasant so I am happy to take the sugar in these. They are small gummies, so the sugar is not going to mount to anything significant.

For reference I'm almost 33 year old female and suffer with chronic depression and ADD so brain fog is a constant. Life has been very bleak up to this point. I'll mention that I'm severely overweight too since some of you are claiming it's helping with appetite surpression. My plan is to update this as I go along so somebody can get a full picture of if and how they work. My next update will be in around 2 weeks.Today is day 1 of taking the gummies. Because of that, I can't say much about the product yet other than they have a pleasant berry taste and jellied texture. I don't have much if any faith in health supplements so feel sure this review will be honest and not based on a placebo effect. For now I'm giving 3 stars as an average score until I have more results.

These have worked really well for my daughter (19), she's definitely more focused and seems generally happier.So much so I've set up a subscription for them.
