it’s fantastic! The heat from the habanero peppers is bold but not overpowering. The blend of spices gives it a depth that’s hard to find in other hot sauces. I’ve used it on salad, momos, evening snacks and it elevates every dish with just the right amount of heat and flavor.It’s on the pricier side, but if you’re looking for something unique and delicious, it’s worth every penny. Truly amazing flavor, although overpriced

So, this is a pretty wild hot sauce. It comes in a fancy box with a pull ribbon that reveals a palm sized glass bottle with a stamped cork on top. By looks, it is very nice and the perfect gift for any hot sauce connoisseur. The taste is very nice with the perfect balance of flame and flavor. The price is pretty steep for a small bottle of hot sauce, but it's a curious experience I had to have at least once. So what makes it so expensive? The box? The look? Those definitely go into it. However, it is also a quality sauce that you can put on everything. It stands separately from other hot sauces just enough to intrigued and convinced you to buy it, even if just once. We will see if it's something I must seek out again, but until then I truly do enjoy this sauce.

We have previously ordered Oliveum in the large bottles and the gift boxes from the Oliveum website and it's hands down our favorite! We are excited to now be able to also buy these size bottles on Amazon. They come in a beautiful box and are great to give as a gift. I recommend ALL size bottles of Olivium, as you can't have too much of a good thing! High quality, unique, and a flavor and heat level that anyone who loves any hot sauce can appreciate and love. Worth the extra dime!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Well, I'm probably breaking with the main crowd on this one. I have recently gone on a spicy / fiery sauce kick: I've ordered about 15 different boutique hot sauces from Amazon, including some products with up to 30 sample sauce varieties. I was intrigued by this product and its feedback, and despite its much higher price tag I decided to add it to my next order to try. Hot sauce:I am extremely underwhelmed with this product compared to other hot sauces I've recently been trying. First of all, the consistency is very loose; more like water than ketchup, so slathering it onto hot wings or or fish tacos and it just falls off and ends up in the bottom of a bowl or drips out and makes a mess. Second of all, the flavor is very much like other big-brand hot sauces like Tabasco sauce, with heavy vinegar notes and very mild heat. There isn't much flavor profile either, no spices or aromatics, just peppers and vinegar. I would say if you like the flavor of Tabasco, buy Tabasco, but don't waste your money on this, it's way over priced for what it is. It does come in a unique glass bottle with a wood cap and a nice presentation box, but this isn't worth it. I would not buy this again, and would not even recommend it to a friend who was interested in finding some new hot sauce that isn't on your regular grocery store shelf. I rate it 2 stars because its isn't terrible, its basically just like Tabasco sauce in a different bottle, but not worth the price, and not worth ordering online when your local store has plain-Jane hot sauce that is equivalent.

You can tell how much thought and caring went into this product from the moment you open the box and see the beautiful bottle to the perfectly balanced flavor! Don't let the word 'habanero' scare you off. This is not a burn-your-face-off hot sauce. I mean, it's got a kick but you can still taste the foods you put it on. The habanero adds sort of a fruitiness. I put it in poke, spicy mayo... everything! Totally worth the purchase and I plan on buying more to give as gifts.
