Got this for my new office and the chair matches perfectly with the wide office table. Very elegant and nice sleek executive design. I got the thick leather design so that I don’t stain it easily but it is great quality and very comfortable. So glad I got this with the leg rest so I can lay my legs on it when I need to nap a few minutes every now and then. My previous chair, my legs just drop to the floor and you don’t realize how uncomfortable that is until you do a comparison really. Plenty of back, leg and arm support. Very sturdy and putting it together was pretty straightforward. Took less than half a hour for me to put together. Wheels are nice quality and glides smoothly across my wooden floor. Overall great chair and no complaints so far.

Easy to assemble. Not enough padding in the seat area. Plenty of padding under back of legs. Causes too much pressure on behind knees on back of legs. Will need to add a seat cushion. Advertised as bonded leather which is faux leather or essentially very thin soft vinyl. Reclines nicely. Back locks well. Hope it holds up to daily home office work.

Well packaged, all the individual parts were well protected, including the hardware which includes some spares. Easy to assemble and instructions is excellent, can not go wrong as long instruction is followed step by step.Just the office I was looking for that finally was found. It has all the features that I needed. Headrest, armrest, reclining to 120° which for is perfect. One of the feature that caught my attention is the leg rest which can be pulled if needed, and can be stowed under the seat cushion without interfering to the chair features and function. Another plus is it lower cost compared to other I check. Highly recommended.

Update: changing my review to 1 star now. Not only am I dissatisfied with the chair, but now I’m being contacted DAILY by the company via calls and texts. When I stated I’d gladly update my review for a refund or a new chair, they state they cannot give a refund and want to send me A DIFFERENT CHAIR!!! I declined because I paid $200 for this chair, I want this kind of chair not a totally different chair. I stopped texting back over a week ago and asked to be left alone and again I am still getting calls and texts. Avoid this company!!! They don’t care about customer satisfaction, only their reviews.Overall this chair is really nice and super comfortable! I needed a chair for my new job which is remote and decided I’m going to splurge on a good quality chair and ended up with this one. I’m happy with it, don’t get me wrong, but the fact that I paid almost $200 for this and it came with a rip in it doesn’t make me happy. I need it for work and it’s not worth shipping back a large item so I’m stuck with it, but I want the seller know that they should inspect their items before they ship them. If I would have known, I would have gone with a different chair.Again, if you get one that isn’t damaged upon arrival, this chair is great!

This is such a nice office chair! I have back pain issues and this chair is so comfortable that it can help me sustain long working hours! Great back support and perfect height! The footrest is a plus and you can fully adjust the height on the chair! The quality is the highlight of the chair! The color is great! It can easily take load of 200+ lb! The wheels are smooth!
